Radiant Kids doesn’t run on talent, it runs on family. When you serve, you’re helping create a safe and joyful place where kids can meet Jesus, learn His Word, and experience the love of God through a consistent, caring team.
Why we serve
We believe kids aren’t the church of tomorrow, they’re part of the church today. Serving in Radiant Kids is one of the most meaningful ways to build the house: showing up faithfully, loving children well, and helping families feel seen and supported.
What volunteers do
Depending on your role, you might help with:
Check-in and welcoming families
Classroom support and activities
Worship and teaching moments (age-appropriate)
Setup/teardown and creating a great environment

Safety + screening
Your child’s safety matters to us. Every Radiant Kids volunteer is required to complete our onboarding process, which includes:
An application and team interview
Background check (as applicable)
Child safety training and clear standards for serving
Two-adult serving practices (no one serves alone with a child)
Secure check-in/check-out procedures
We’re committed to creating a culture that is both Spirit-filled and wise, where children are protected, parents can trust the process, and volunteers are supported.
